The following Team Member information Needs be completed in its entirety in order to be officially registered for the 2012 Rockfish Shootout at Coltons Point Marina. A maximum of five fisherman (including the Captain) and one Teen Tournament Entrant are allowed to be fishing in a team boat at anytime. Although substitutions/additions will be allowed at the Captains Meeting, all information must be complete by the end of the meeting in order to participate in the tournament.

Payment must be received by April 24th, 2012 for the Tournament and all OTMEs. Payments can be remitted to Coltons Point Marina, 38000 Kopels Rd., Coltons Point, MD 20626.
